Custom Aluminum Manufacturing from Drawing Review to Finished Parts

Chengdacai supports OEM aluminum projects that combine custom extrusion with secondary processing and surface finishing. The manufacturing route is reviewed from the finished-part drawing so tooling, machining, appearance and inspection requirements are considered together.

Aluminum Extrusion

Custom solid, semi-hollow and hollow cross sections can be evaluated for industrial equipment, electronics, lighting, automation, construction and transportation applications. Engineering review considers alloy, temper, wall balance, corner radii, tolerances, straightness and surface requirements.

Precision Cutting and CNC Machining

Available secondary operations can include precision length cutting, milling, drilling, tapping, countersinking, slots, pockets and deburring. Drawings should identify functional datums and critical machined interfaces.

Surface Finishing

Projects can be evaluated for anodizing, powder coating, brushing, polishing and other specified finishes. Cosmetic faces, color standards, gloss, masking and post-finish dimensions should be included in the RFQ.

Assembly and Packaging

Where required, components can be reviewed for hardware installation, basic assembly, protective film and export packaging. Packaging requirements are planned around profile length and cosmetic protection.
