Product Application and Design Review

This profile is intended for downlights, spotlights and OEM luminaires. The final cross-section, wall thickness, corner radii, fixing features and interface dimensions should be defined by the customer drawing. Our engineering team can review extrusion feasibility and identify areas that may affect die design, straightness, machining access or assembly.

Materials and Surface Finishes

Common options include 6061, 6063 and 6082 aluminum, selected according to strength, machinability, corrosion resistance and finishing requirements. Available finishes include clear or colored anodizing, powder coating, electrophoresis, brushing and other drawing-specified treatments. Final alloy, temper and finish are confirmed during engineering review.
